"Absolutely loved it. The RIMU trip is one of the best trips I have ever been on. For a first-time independent traveler, I could not have imagined a better trip. The activities were amazing, the scenery simply breathtaking, and the whole experience phenomenal. I never knew a group of strangers could become so close in such a short period of time, or have that much fun and laugh that much. "

"Very personable, amazing athletic ability. She was a great cheerleader when the activities got a bit above my skill level. Excellent cook!"

The Remarkables ski field, Queenstown

The Remarkables ski field is made up of three basins, two of which are lift accessed. Shadow Basin has open intermediate and advanced runs. Shadow Bowl and the Alta Chair have plenty of long, wide open beginner and intermediate runs. Shadow Basin and Sugar bowl are lift accessed and traversing from the Shadow Basin chairlift will get you to the off-piste steeps and shoots of Lake Alta.

There is also a long magic carpet taking you up from the car park to the base building, which is also used for beginner skiiers and boarders. Check out the large terrain park for the young and young at heart.
