Bio: My friends call me "Duck". In a previous life, I trained and qualified as a baker in my family bakery business in Wellington. Then prior to joining Active NZ, I spent several years working as an outdoor guide in the Swiss Alps. Turning my hobbies into my life meant I was able to climb, raft and canyon guide during the summer and ski instruct all winter. While living overseas, I gained a much greater appreciation of how fortunate I am to be a Kiwi, and I am extremely proud to be able to come home and help my clients experience this great land, even if for such a brief moment in time. I've just been travelling in South America and looking forward to another summer in New Zealand! |

But really, he was mature, can cook, can drive, had killer stories, good jokes, maturity." Dan was fantastic, full of energy, very straight forward on the days' events and expectations, always on time. His patience with some members of the group was remarkable.
