We have been on lots of tours. Itineraries are usually common across providers. The distinguishing factors have always been the guides and the organization's willingness to insure that we have a memorable experience with thoughtful extras (especially for the kids). Our guides were spectacular in their attentiveness and concern for our experience....consistently reaching above the expected to deliver the exceptional.

We booked the 5 day package of Yellowstone with Austin Adventures. I wanted you to know this trip has been one of the best of my lifetime and it is all due to our awesome guides Kathy and David! We were one of the few who were IN Yellowstone during the flood, Both of them completely underplayed the intensity of the situation and let us have all the fun with a modified itinerary. In hindsight if this was us by ourselves this could very well have been converted to the worst trip! They were both so fun to hang out with kids, super hospitable and made the best lunches and dinners ever. We got a BBQ picnic on the evening of flood before we evacuated!
We are very impressed with the details and hospitality as part of the Austin Adventures package

This was my second trip with Active Adventures and it was everything I had hoped for and more! Every waterfall was different, every hike unique, and the puffin colony and glacial lake kayaking were super special. Thanks to our guides, we learned so much about Iceland!
