Terrific trip. As usual, our guides anticipated everyone's needs and met them with a smile. As the oldest -- and slowest -- of the group, either Joel or Olivia would hang back with me to make sure I was doing okay. Great for my confidence.
The couple of lunches that our guides created (rather than sandwiches from a shop) were outstanding.
Our guides -- especially Joel -- was extremely knowledgeable about the history and geology of the terrain.

This was my second trip with AA and I hope that there will be more adventures in the future. Our guide Zac was very passionate and knowledgeable about Peru and its culture and history. He seemed to know everyone we met during our trip. Zac is an excellent guide. Our lodging was very comfortable and the restaurants and food were outstanding! The other guides, cooks, servers, porters and drivers were all very friendly and welcoming. I know that everyone involved in logistics and organizing the trips in the home office worked hard during these difficult times to make our trip successful and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone! Our tour companions were also wonderful and we all had a great and memorable trip.

This area of northern Italy is like no other: deep blue skies, white towering mountains, and green pastures. The hiking is rather long and the downhills are difficult. Via Defeats was a rush but those with fear of heights or weak upper body strength should be discouraged by the company to omit this part of the adventure. The two Italian guides were very supportive. San Cassiano was a beautiful town.

Our guides, Alisa and Steve were awesome! How they can have everything scheduled, prepared, and then do the hikes and deal with us and still smile is testimony to their dedication to every guests wishes.
The Parks were stunning! Each one had unique characteristics making it impossible for me to chose a "favorite." They were all favorites!
Food, luckily I didnt gain weight! Wonderful, fresh lunches and outrageous dinner experiences made me groan by the end of the evening.

The trip was a great experience. Alisa and Steve were great guides. They made sure that I was able to do the hikes. They were so encouraging. I feel that this trip was 5 star but maybe more difficult than I expected. I was told if I could walk 3-5 miles it would be just fine. The altitude needs to be mentioned.

"Jaw-dropping" and "exceeding all expectations" are the phrases that keep coming to mind. Everything from the amazing wildlife, our guides, the accommodations, and the food were great. Definitely a bucket list trip that did not disappoint!

We just returned from the most amazing trip to The Galapagos Islands through Active Adventures/GalaKiwi. Our guides Pepo and Paolo were phenomenal in their knowledge of each island that we visited and also were so personable and professional throughout the whole trip. We really did feel part of the family there and so welcomed. Each activity was a highlight and we kept thinking it couldn't get better... but then it would! We were kept very busy which we loved as it allowed us to really take in as much as we could. The accommodations and food all exceeded our expectations. I've never been so sad to have a trip come to an end. Galapagos we will be back!!
